Jr. Project Manager with Mobile & Web application project management experience
Project Manager (2-3 yrs exp.)
Responsible for the successful delivery of portfolio / program strategy, implementation, budget, and timelines.
Develop project strategy plans based on B2C framework approaches
Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications
Create and manage documentation and reports for projects
Identify the goals and requirements of each project
Verify data and information and analyze it to suit the direction of a project
Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
Collect the necessary information required to start projects
Maintain a fair understanding of the Subway ecosystem, the users, the market place, competitors and future trends that relate to the industry
Qualifications for Project Analyst
Prior experience as a project analyst for web and mobile applications
Ability to deliver projects using ""standard"" waterfall and / or agile delivery methods.
Strong understanding in project management and data analysis
Must develop a fair understanding of the Subway ecosystem, the users, the market place, competitors and future trends that relate to the industry
Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of applicable laws and standards in the industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional research and reporting skills
Flexible to work long hours as required to meet project deadlines
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).
Required Skills and Experience:
You are responsible for coordinating project performance with the Project / Program Manager and for the timely and economic utilization of resources assigned to your project. You contribute to the overall project plan, highlighting dependencies with other projects. You manage day-to-day project activities, monitor and report on progress, and identify and mitigate potential showstoppers and issues.
• Qualification: 3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelor's Degree
• Certification: Is at least certified on EM foundation (level 0).
• Should have progressing in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Risk Management and Project Financials, KPI & Reporting
• Should have baseline skills Quality Management.
