Strong Product Owner Lead to work with Executive directors, Directors, Cox FTE business owners and Capgemini Product and UAT team to manage Sales tools and tech wireless product backlog and UAT stream for AI/Ml recommendations platform
Must Haves: 
Primary: Product Owner Experience,  Product roadmapping, functional understanding of Marketing & Sales, digital commerce is preferred. 
Professional experience in Salesforce Platform and partner ecosystem
Should have experience in functional testing on Salesforce based projects
Recently completed Salesforce Certifications

Skills Needed:
Experience in Salesforce Transformation and working with Business Units to transform current processes to the Salesforce platform.
Experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle
Demonstrated success releasing products that meet the objectives of a roadmap
Product owner – ability to capture and draft business priorities
Create Epics, Features and stories in JIRA. Prioritize backlog and participate in backlog grooming & support Sprint planning
Review and accept stories in Demo sessions
Business Analysis Experience. Preferable if handled within a Wireless or Telecommunication BSS Domain
Review and refine UAT Test cases, Test plan and execute UAT test cases for releases
Drive weekly cadences with cross platform business owners to obtain consensus and resolve impediments for the implementation teams
Detail oriented outlook to requirements creation
Ability to closely coordinate within multiple Business and Technology stakeholders at Exec Dir, Dir and Sr Mgrs levels
Strong MS Office suite skills
Soft skills to clearly articulate business needs.
Understanding of APIs and application integrations 
Basic reporting and sql skills

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

You ensure that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements, expressed in approved service requests. You are responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. You ensure that the project meets its deliverables in an agreed schedule, according to the scope, within stipulated budget, and to quality standards.

 

• Qualification: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor's Degree
• Certification: Should have EM Level 1.
• Should be proficient in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Risk Management and Project Financials, KPI & Reporting
• Should have progressing skills Quality Management.
