056816-Global Marketing Manager – Microsoft Alliance

The GSIP Alliance Marketing Lead is responsible for developing the Marketing Strategy, plan and execution/roll out for the alliance partnership working in close collaboration with the Global Alliance Lead and GSIP Marketing Director, in order to drive Capgemini’s revenue growth and profitability through the alliance portfolio of offers. 

The candidate will drive the development, launch and management of all marketing activities associated with joint partner solutions – with priority to the Global Strategic initiatives (GSB).  The manager will develop effective sales enablement tools and work with SBUs/GBLs and Regional Marketing leads to position, promote and measure activities. Key to success will be the candidate’s ability to understand and execute against the business context and strategy of the partnership as outlined by the Global Alliance Lead and the GSIP Marketing Director, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic and complex role.  As well as liaising with key stakeholders from across Capgemini, the candidate must be able to develop trusted and effective working relationships with counterparts at the partner organization.

Role description and key responsibilities:
•Develop marketing strategy and plan execution across all SBUs that align with the overall GSIP objectives and priorities
•Manage marketing portfolio solutions (including value proposition development and lifecycle management): plan the launch of new alliance partner solutions and manage the cross-functional and cross-country implementation of the plan
•Develop, manage and measure impact for integrated marketing and communication programs to launch, grow and maintain our service offering content to drive customer awareness, sales enablement both at Capgemini and at the partner, and support external sales demand
•Create marketing content, collateral and tools, including presentations, brochures, videos, points of view, global web content, digital media campaigns, e-newsletters, message maps to support the selling process
•Lead global partner events i.e. from planning, execution and measuring the ROI. Work across GBUs, GBLs, regional leads to strategically position Capgemini effectively at these events and drive sale pipeline opportunities.
•Promote Capgemini to Microsoft – develop deep connection with Microsoft marketing and alliance role to leverage marketing assets and advertise Capgemini with the internal Microsoft community.

Candidate Background: 
•Graduate in Marketing 
•At least 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or in product related marketing & communications
•Previous exposure to marketing (ideally in Partner Marketing) in a global role is key
•Ability to confidently work with high performing teams, build strong relationship/network with cross-functional and cross-cultural global business teams
•Strong project management and planning skills, delivery/results driven 
•Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver under pressure
•A team-spirited, dynamic and flexible individual 
•With strong communication and influencer skills
•Autonomous, proactive, creative, innovative, and quality excellence 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
