Key Responsibilities
Support Resource Supply Chain Operational Program Leader in advancing consistent PSC processes, procedures, compliance
Provide guidance, coaching, tool support to Practice Leaders, People Unit Leaders, PSPs and PSC Practice Leaders 
Support strategic process excellence programs onshore and offshore to drive efficiency
Roll-out programmatic governance and KPIs for Resource Supply Chain organization
Creation and continuous improvement of operational reporting and analytics 
Ensures an accurate overall view of Supply & Demand across Practices
Support RSC Operational Program Leader with the PSC Leadership Team to build governance and RSC tools and strategies for the Practices
Support RSC Operational Program Leader with Group global efforts, assuring stakeholder input, solution development and deployment of new tools or ways of working
Create and deliver training and communication to promote best practices to People Supply Chain community
Support hiring process for resource management positions within Practices to apply consistent PSC standards
Monitor supply and demand compliance to identify and address training needed, common themes, opportunities for improvement, and process enhancements
SME for programs managed as well as supply & demand management processes, guidelines, procedures, reporting                                                                                  
Engage, partner, collaborate with PSC CoE team members on cross-functional initiatives and tasks

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to focus on Global success measures
Strong understanding of business drivers and financial acumen
Results-driven and objective
Strong oral and written communication skills
Comfortable driving agile processes and solutions

Background and experience
Ideal background from Recruiting or Resource Management role)
Advanced level Microsoft Business Suite (not limited to processing data, pivot tables, charts and vlookups)
Experience working in a matrixed environment
Understanding the roles and responsibilities in a technical and IT professional services firm

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
