SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Sales and/or Service Cloud Functional Lead / BA


As the SAP C4C Sales/Service Cloud Functional Lead, you will analyze and provide guidance for an enterprise’s current state; design and visualize the future state; and guide the client, and the Business Analyst team, through the project scope definition process to move the system from current to future state.

Functional leads enable the transformation and performance improvement of an enterprise or its parts.  They are a primary point of contact to the client, the project leadership and the project team.  They define and control scope, lead the BA team and ensure high quality and on-time deliverables.  They work across the project team collaboratively on the project scope, schedule and delivery.   

Some travel is required.

Required Skills and Experience:

•    Proficient in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Sales and/or Service Cloud knowledge, Business knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design, Project Financials, and Business Process Design/Re-Design.
•    Sound knowledge of in SAP Sales/Service Cloud functionality, configuration options, as well as a strong understanding and ability to walk clients through Sales & Service Business processes, including Lead-to-Cash, Service Ticket & Field Service Management.
•    Ability to map the requirements of the business to the capabilities of the system.
•    Should have baseline in Testing.
•    Minimum 7 years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
•    Skills leading disparate and dispersed teams through challenging situations.
•    Skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Package Configuration and Change Management.
•    Skills in Functional Architecture Design and Architecture Knowledge.

Preferred Experience:
•    Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud products; Commissions (Callidus)/CPQ functionality, configuration options, as well as a strong understanding and ability to walk clients through business processes.


Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment.  They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).  These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.


Required Skills and Experience:


You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design. Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications. You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing. You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience. You are seen as active member within technology communities.


• Qualification: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: SE level 1 and seeking level 2.

• Must have experience in Package Configuration.

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
