•Immigration partners supporting the business and employees on all Immigration related aspects managing the front-end of Immigration Supply Chain. 
•Scope for the team covers all visa holders (GX and local hires and all categories of visa holders). 
•Responsible to Create and Run regular Business and employee connects within the Practice/GBL, MU and accounts. 
•Create Visa Risk Assessments and mitigation plans at Practice and MU level, work with practice, MU/account, employee and other stakeholders to implement the mitigation plans.
•Creating and implementing actions necessary for the visa workforce on matters related to any external immigration environment changes. 
•Manage and run H1B Cap/Green card Nomination and approval processes.  
•Manage escalations on immigration and mobility supply chain aspects to ensure business continuity. Examples:
Enabling Work from Home for visa resources during COVID 
Constant change in immigration environment- prevailing wage increase approval process management
Partnering to get alignment on reduced H1B nominations, GC nominations to align with industry trends

 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
