Purpose of the Role

This position is for the Project/Engagement Manager to work directly with the Client. The role is hands on and is responsible to lead the team and individually deliver team activities including:

•    Gathering requirements and documenting detailed business and system use cases to drive out the detailed functional requirements for the different applications
•    Also, work as a Test Lead and work closely with the Test team to define traceable Test Scenarios that confirm the requirements through multiple testing phases
•    Support the client to ensure the resulting solution meets business requirements and business acceptance is achieved
•    Work closely with the Organizational Change Management lead to ensure that the Business is ready for the change and the processes and solutions meet the acceptance criteria
•    Will fully own the testing and quality assurance of Oracle OSM applications and Salesforce platform.
•    Accountable for end-to-end software quality assurance on highly complex and/or multiple projects including creating use cases, developing & maintaining test specifications, test cases, test scripts, test data, troubleshoot test issues,               record test results, track and prioritize defects, and participate in product readiness & release decisions.
•    Ability to learn legacy system functionalities by testing different use-cases and create functional document.


Your future duties and responsibilities of deliver led team activities including:

•    Identifies, elicits, and documents business requirements, defines business rules and communicates requirements for the implementation of business solutions.
•    Develop detailed functional requirements for the implementation of business process changes or improvements, data analysis and the creation of reports
•    Manage the Requirements Tools used to capture and maintain the Business Requirements
•    Accountable to ensure that the requirements are aligned with the client’s business objectives and stated expectations including managing requirements priority and maintaining a feature backlog
•    Communicates with stakeholders of varying technical ability and subject matter expertise.
•    Prepare Business – and System Use case documentation & lead/participate in high-level design, lead requirements and Use Case walkthroughs
•    Prepare/Review User Interface Functional Specifications
•    Prepare data flow diagrams or equivalent process flow diagrams
•    Define and document data definitions including data attributes, validation rules, data relationships
•    Ensure business requirements are traceable through specifications, solution design and test cases
•    Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs
•    Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
•    Identify and resolve discrepancy between systems under development specifically with regards to systems integration requirements

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

You are a leading analyst, able to conceptualize a business or technical solution, leveraging colleagues and partners. You have mastered at least one methodology in-depth and have an advanced knowledge of either one or more business domains; one or more ERP solutions; or one or more technical tools/ languages.  You have wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activity and actively engage in, and contribute to, internal and external knowledge developments.  Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant in process improvements; a Business Analyst performing “as-is/ to-be” analysis on business processes and/ or IT; or an experienced Functional Consultant who is able to advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules.


• Qualification: Minimum 6-8 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: If possible has BA level 1 and is seeking level 2.

• Experience in Business Analysis.

• Should be proficient in Business knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting.

• Should have progressing skills on Software Engineering & Architecture Knowledge.

• Should have baseline in Testing.
