056083-PMO Manager – Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will support our teams in their agile adoption and execution. You will collaborate with other scrum masters to share best practices for applying agile in our unit and coach the teams to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. 

Educate teams and conduct scrum events thoroughly by sharing the five Scrum Values: Focus, Openness, Courage, Respect, Commitment. 

Improve the team’s performance and effectiveness, show how to scale in the teams and cross teams and share this scalability progress with others. 

Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments. 

Encourage teams and organization on how to get the most out of self-organization and empowerment.

Facilitate getting the work done through team discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.

Create boards/dashboards to help drive insights and structure. JIRA is not a foreign language to you but a tool you leverage to driving estimation techniques (Planning Poker, Magic Estimation). 

Role Requirements & Work Experience:

Ability to work in an agile environment and the willingness to grow personally and professionally.

Positive attitude paired with a good portion of curiosity and a customer-centric service attitude.

Good interpersonal skills enabling seamless collaboration on all levels of execution.

You encourage being empowered and accountable at the same time.

5 years professional work experience as Scrum Master, ideally in large Corporations.

Any experience in scaled scrum frameworks would be highly beneficial, like SAFe.

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Project Management Office (PMO) provides full support to the Program/Project Managers in their role of Program/Project Delivery.  PMO provides project schedules, cost and finance information to aid the Program/Project control, and monitoring. PMO aims to industrialize the process of piloting projects; implements and manages effective tools and methodologies; defines and develops steering indicators; and monitors operational project planning management, budget control, reporting, and risk monitoring.

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

 

You operate on medium-sized projects and report directly to Project Managers. You implement and administer project and management tools and methodologies to promote and ensure the quality of project deliverables. You provide operational monitoring of your project.  You assist your team with all aspects of the project (logistics, management planning, financial and risk management, etc).  You identify opportunities for sell-on and contribute to business proposals.

 

 

• Qualification: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) Bachelor's Degree
• Must have experience in Quality Management
• Should be proficient in Change Management, Risk Management, Project Financials, KPI & Reporting & Project Planning & Controlling
