Job Title: Principal Service Management Consultant – ServiceNow Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA

Travel: 25%

Job Description:

This is a role for flexible and persistent problem solver who gets things done.  It includes technical solutions as well as the business outcome of Service Management and Service Integration and Management solutions for our existing and prospective clients.  This will involve assessing, planning, designing building and delivering solutions as well as consulting.  In this role the consultants will be expected to perform a wide range to assignments which arise in our practice.  The role requires flexibility and a constant desire for learning and challenge.  Among the potential responsibilities are:

  • Assessment of existing solutions and implementations
  • Collection of requirements for new solution implementations
  • Remediation of prior implementations
  • Consulting and advising
  • Building and development of new solutions
  • Testing of software
  • Documentation of processes and associated software

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Monitoring or Event Management system experience in a role where you actively worked with or configured a monitoring tool as an end user, administrator, or developer
  • Ability to create and present detailed designs, plans and training to customers Minimum 3 years of functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Tools and ITIL Processes/Functions
    Experience in project delivery and working directly with customers and clients
  • Expertise on import/export of configuration/asset data.
    Knowledge of Web Services (XML, HTML, Web Services, REST etc.) 
    Knowledge of Database relationships
  • Ability to work in a project-oriented consulting environment and provide estimates of effort and communicate status to management
  • Experience with geographically distributed development teams
  • Leadership in development setting
