Job Description:

ETL Lead – 9-10 years of Data Management Leadership experience in data lakes, data warehouses, data marts and semantic models.  
Experience leading teams or on-shore, off-shore, internal organization and external organization members 
Be able to create a plan or backlog and manage to it with the proper artifacts, and processes 
Waterfall 
Agile 
Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.  
Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design 
Experience with Dev/OPS architecture, implementation and operation 
Experience with Data Management & data warehouse architecture best practices, patterns and guidelines in reference to 
Star schemas, Data Vaults, RDBMS, and ODS 
Change Data capture 
Slowly changing dimensions 
Data governance 
Data quality 
Partitioning and tuning 
Data Stewardship 
Survivorship 
Fuzzy Matching 
Concurrency Vertical and horizontal scaling 
ELT, ETL 
Spark, Hadoop, MPP, RDBMS 
Review code developed by other programmers, mentor, guide and monitor their work ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies. 
Experience working on Data Migration projects  
Good Analytical Skills to solve the Data Related Queries & Issues.  
Proven expertise in performance tuning of sources, targets, mappings and sessions. .  
Previous Experience of Support / Development on data warehouse ETL projects  
Previous Experience of Analysis, Design , Build, Unit Testing, QA Testing, UAT TestProduction Deployment  
Expert SQL and data analysis skill, ability to debug and fix data issue  
Technologies (Select based on requirement) 
Databases – Oracle, Teradata, Postgres, SQL Server, Big Data, Snowflake, or Redshift 
Tools – Talend, Informatica, SSIS, Matillion, Glue, or Azure Data Factory

Responsible for importing, cleaning, transforming, validating and modeling data with the purpose of understanding and drawing conclusions from data (may be presented in charts, graphs, and/or tables).  Also, design and develop relational databases for collecting and storing data and build and design data input and data collection mechanisms.  

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

You Supervise, mentor, guide other data analysts. Represent data analyst team in project team meetings.

 

• Qualifications: 6-8 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
