Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O 
Functional Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant 
Relevant Majors: Operations Management, Accounting, Economics 
Must have hands-on working experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Applications
Responsibilities:  The successful candidate must have proven experiences working through an entire project lifecycle. Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications.  This also includes the configuration of the various applications that are needed to support the SCM processes.  The candidate must also possess the ability to recognize where customizations are needed to complete business requirements.  Other candidate requirements are: 
•Understand the integration of the SCM applications to the Financial Application
•Ability to identify gaps between the client’s legacy system to the 365 F&O SCM applications
•The ability to identify and articulate to the client the various solutions where the 365 F&O SCM will meet the client’s business requirements
•Must be able to create detailed Functional Requirements Documents and Functional Design Documents  
•Knowledge of the Microsoft Sure Step/Fast Track methodologies agile/scrum approach. 
•Multi-Module exposure Including; Production Control, Master Planning, and Projects
•Understand the design of 365 F&O, and demonstrate how the design of the inventory dimensions are used to meet the client’s business requirements

Relevant Experience: Minimum 4 years experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Applications.  Understands the differences between the 365 F&O cloud version and the 365 F&O On Premise version.   
Other Technical Experience 
Proficient with the suite of Microsoft Office Products (Word, xcel, visio), and report writer tools.  

Project Experience
•Multi – site ERP implementations
•Project lead experience within the SCM Applications
Additonal Experience or Skills Desired
•Experience multiple projects where customizations was required. 
•Experience in medium to larger Enterprise sized ERP projects.
•Good presentation skills.
•Good customer skills. 
•Work with little or no supervision.  
•Can work to a defined time line for assigned tasks. 
•Provide detailed documentation 
•Travel is required
•Able to conduct workshops and training session
•Microsoft D365 Trade & Distribution Certification (a plus)
•Ability to write and monitor ”Use Cases” in the VSTS Tool
•Member of the American Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS) a plus

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Delivery Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks.  They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

 

• You are responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a Delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client.

• You define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation.

• You are responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the Delivery services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualification: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role)experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: Has or seeking IAF level 1.

• Should be proficient in foundation, People Leadership, client acquisition & development, service & delivery and business leadership.

• Should be experienced in technology awareness & leveraging and innovation & growth capability.
