6-10 years DW/BI analysis experience on cloud platforms , preferably azure 
Work directly with management understand requirement; and propose and develop best business solution that enables effective decision-making, and drive business objectives
Must have good hands on Azure eco system (Blob, ADLS , ADF, Azure SQL DW ( Synapse), Databricks , Delta Lake, DevOps etc.)
Must have very strong SQL hands in writing complex views, stored proc etc.
Provide Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing (DW) solutions and support by leveraging project standards and leading analytics platforms
 Evaluate , Prioritize  and define functional requirements for BI and DW solutions on Azure cloud platform
Define and help build data integration processes to be used across the center
 Build conceptual and logical data models for stakeholders and management
Analyze and validate data accuracy of report results
Recognizes potential issues and risks during the analytics project implementation and can suggest realistic mitigation strategies
Coaches and mentors project team members in carrying out analytics project implementation activities
 Meet with the various stakeholders to identify business and process improvement opportunities and continually looking to simplify with continual improvements for system and process enhancements
 Create and communicate a “forward” looking detailed release plan for technical changes with leadership to help communicate the planned IT roadmap
 Thought leadership in public and private cloud architecture and how to deliver it at scale in a large enterprise.
 Safe agile working experience is plus

 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Functional analysts can specialize in Business, ERP, Application Management or Custom Software Development (CSD).

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:
You are a self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology.  You are developing your knowledge in a business and/or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language. Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant describing processes, Requirements Analyst describing business / functional requirements or Package configuration.

 

 

• Qualification: Minimum 3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role)  experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: If possible seeking BA level 1.
• Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting
• Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
