Job Title: Senior Service Reporting Analyst

Job Description:
Provides analytical skills to analze data and provide solutions to address issues and action items.

Someone who understands and is able to interpret reporting requirements in the context of the available technical solutions. 
Someone who understands complex business requirements and is able to articulate an appropriate technical solution. 
Someone who contributes towards high level production and detailed design documents. 
Someone who can independently lead or assist in the creation of new reporting capabilities. 
Someone who can independently lead or assist in all necessary solution configurations required as a result of a new account or service transition. 
Lastly, someone who can provide level 2 and level 3 support for reporting solutions.

What You Bring:  
Required: 

Someone capable or evaluating multiple options and recommending a suitable solution based on the requirements in question.
Experience in development and design of enterprise reporting. 
Strong understanding of solution components and their capabilities (infrastructure, network, and databases).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative through pro-active behavior.
Participates in and/or leads diagnosis and fixing problems within areas of expertise. Identifies and fixes  the root cause rather than just symptoms.
Competent in use of processes and systems for client and Capgemini benefit.
Understands detailed purpose and operation of day-to-day processes and system functions.
Recognizes potential application of associated processes and systems.
Competent in use of technology for client and Capgemini benefit within own technology area.
Understands low level (“nuts and bolts”) technical details (e.g. operating systems, job control, scheduling, file structures, code structures, transaction structures).
Is able to apply this knowledge to support the most common (“day-to-day”) client technical requirements.
Listens and ensures understand of the client requirements to be able to support the design of appropriate solutions.
Works with peer team to develop and promote solution.
Displays a basic and developing understanding of Capgemini, the way we do business and technologies involved.
Displays the ability to provide effective project office type assistance to transition managers.
Possesses excellent analytical skills and can apply sound levels of logice to taks undertaken.
Possesses excellent presentation skills.

Desired:
ITIL v4 certified. Knowledge of ServiceNow.
