Job Title: ITS Consultant 1 – Teams/ Skype/ UCC
Location: Atlanta, GA
We’re searching for a talented and passionate Subject Matter Expert for Teams/Skype and UCC. We are looking for someone who is well versed with architecting, configuring, and administering Teams/Skype/UCC in medium to large organizations.
Prior experience in either leading or supporting these unified communications projects/implementations is essential. Professional Service Delivery experience is a must 5+ years of experience required.
•5+ years of hands on experience of design, build & troubleshooting of Microsoft Skype for Business, M365 and Teams.
•Required knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Windows Servers.
•Experience with replacing of legacy PBX systems by UCC solutions.
•Hands on experience (build and Manage) on Microsoft UCC products: MS Lync, Skype for Business, O365 and TEAMS with enterprise voice feature.
•Experience in handling of large implementation and support projects
•Technical Implementation and consultancy role: Ability to Implement and Integrate Microsoft UC solutions. Deliver technical consultancy role in transformation, new rolling out of MS Skype for business and TEAMS UC solutions.
•High-Level and Low-Level Design Document preparation capability as part of Implementation engagements for global projects.
•Assessment and audit of existing customer UC/telephony infrastructure.
•Take initiatives in learning, certifications & evaluating new UC technology & tools.
•Driving technical knowledge transfers on best practices.
•Ability to work in a team with little supervision using own initiative.
•Hands on experience in Administrating Microsoft Teams & Skype for Business Online.
•End to end support on MS Teams usage, sign in issues, IM, chat, calls etc.
•Monitoring, reporting of Teams usage & call quality analytics
•In depth knowledge of identifying call failures, troubleshooting and resolution
•Audio & Video conferencing in Teams
•Basic knowledge of Enterprise Voice & Phone System direct routing
