Role and Responsibility Description:
Cloud experience (IaaS and PaaS, in Azure)
Container orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Azure Kubernetes Service)
Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Terraform, Ansible, Git)
Windows Server experience
Linux shell experience
Strong troubleshooting skills to debug and troubleshoot during production issues
Programming experience ideally in one of the following languages (Python, Ruby, Go, C#)
Layer reverse proxy / Load Balancing experience (NGINX, Azure Application Gateway, F5)
A mindset for constant improvement and documentation
Initiative to fix things that you find are broken
Day to Day Responsibilities
Assist with CI/CD builds and releases of our software and infrastructure
Monitoring and alerting of our production environment
GitOps approach for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Enable developers with good practices
Help with containerization efforts for production systems
Build and manage cloud environments
Help track and maintain uptime for production systems
Help lead and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
If there is an issue, fix the problem once so we never have it again
Participate in an on-call rotation to triage and fix production issues
Years of experience with troubleshooting servers, networks, and applications
Experience or familiarity in at least one of the following tools/technologies (Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, Git)
Experience with DevOps engineer within Shell Scripting, PowerShell, Azure CLI and Infrastructure Automation Tools (Terraform, Salt, ARM Template)
Need to have knowledge of Azure PaaS services along with hand on experience with different automation tools
Good debugging and problem-solving skills Should have good scripting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with analytical problem-solving skills.
Experience in High Availability and Disaster Recovery implementation
MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSA Cloud Platform Solutions Associate, MCSA Linux on Azure Solutions Associate
Architect Exam priorities: Azure DevOps Solutions, Architecting Azure Solutions, Implementing Azure Infrastructure Solutions
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Delivery Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• You are responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a Delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client.
• You define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation.
• You are responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the Delivery services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Qualification: Minimum 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: Has or seeking IAF level 1.
• Should be proficient in foundation, People Leadership, client acquisition & development, service & delivery and business leadership.
• Should be experienced in technology awareness & leveraging and innovation & growth capability.
