Job Title: Datacenter Network Engineer

Location:  Atlanta, GA

Job Description:
Responsible for leading of the Service Line operations in Outsourcing Service Centre. Manages Service Line services delivered from the center with goal of delivering services in agreed SLA, with year on year efficiency improvements, meeting financial targets, and supporting Capgemini growth plans. Enables and positions the enablement of value based OTACE actions and improvement/productivity initiatives get into a business models, build proper image of Capgemini brand. Integrates, aligns and contributes to the groups’ vision, mission and objectives to derive the best out of it for the Service Centre. 

In this role, ensure Network Infrastructure team is delivering quality solutions and challenge designs to ensure quality deliverables.    Customer facing role in terms of managing customer expectations related to networks and network role in cybersecurity.   
1. Manage and develop staff capability for Network and Infrastructure personnel. 
2. Direct management of Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs). 
3. Work closely with senior management to propose improvements to the business infrastructure and execute various projects to improve IT service availability. 
4. Develop and implement repeatable process and procedures for the department. 
5. Manage the network and infrastructure team in service management to determine root cause of high priority incidents to ensure they are prevented from happening in the future. 
6. Responsible for network and voice infrastructure and sustainment. 
7. Design and implement short and long term strategic plans to make certain network and infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements. 
8. Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network and infrastructure resource administration and appropriate use. 
9. Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network and infrastructure component inventory, life cycle management, and related documentation. 
10. Participate in defining business case of investments in IT. Understands the design variables that drive market. 
11. Performs other duties as required.
