Job Description

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to assist our Talent Acquisition team.  Candidates must be self- motivated and detail-oriented and great at solving ambiguous problems, we want to hear from you.

 

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and stakeholders
  • Coordinate in-office and local events for the GEO Recruiting Team
  • Work with stakeholders to obtain interview feedback
  • Help coordinate H-1B information
  • Collect data for reports
  • Put together welcome notes for new hires
  • Review job description formats in Taleo as needed
  • Serve as an assistant with sourcing as time allows and participate in sourceathons
  • Help with miscellaneous recruiting functions

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ year of professional experience
  • Highly detailed   
  • Ability working within an ambiguous environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools  
  • Relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Professional communication skills – written, oral and interpersonal 
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management
