Job Title: Business System Analyst 2

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Travel: 25 percent

• Provide support to Directors and Executives with tasks such as: organizing meetings, capturing /distributing meeting notes, help with presentations (creating presentations to securing equipment to make presentations.)
• On boarding and off boarding of new or existing employees. Will be the point of contact for all new employees to ensure the onboarding runs smooth.  Help new employee with badge access to building, computers etc.  
• Manage office operations, problem solve, coordinate events to keep office and team running smoothly.
 

What you bring:
2+ years’ experience
Bachelor degree in IT or related field
Strong MS office suite skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Self-motivated
