Principal Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Interpret & assess domestic and global digital manufacturing trend and technologies, to enable  customer and management in making right choices for digital manufacturing investments.
  • Lead and build the Digital Manufacturing business portfolio.
  • Technology and Process consulting for digital manufacturing technologies for Life Sciences customers including Medtech, Pharma and BioTech customers.
  • Plan and coordinate strategic offers development across the busines.
  • Develop approaches and methodologies for client requirements.
  • Participate in sales process, help connect with customers, prospects and enable team with solutions for customer success.
  • Work with technology partners and providers to build solution and develop offers for Life Sciences customers.

 

Overall Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences/ Digital Manufacturing Industry
  • Should have a strong background in Engineering, MES, PLM products, and life sciences manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at senior business levels.
  • Extensive Knowledge of industry MES like Werum, Siemens Camstar, FTPC etc.
  • Strong commercial, project/program delivery & solution development experience.  
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills. 
  • Business Leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. 
  • Self-Driven and able to work with team.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual able to communicate at all levels with a proven track record of working on their own initiative.
  • Strong written, verbal and listening skills; ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative and flexible to change/improve working environment in broad context as well as ability to work in ambiguous situations and experience with change management.
  • Effective experience handling of conflicting priorities in changing cross-departmental, global environment.
