6+ years of experience in working as a BPM Pega technical lead with Pega project experience in Lead role.
Actively involved in Pega system design, development, and enhancement /defect fixes
Perform or provide guidance to team on complex Pega development /enhancement / and defect fixes
Keeping the design document in sync with development
Provide guidance to individual developers and coordinate with offshore team
Ensure the quality of the code delivered by developers (by using Pega tools and accelerators) and conduct the code reviews
Ensure that the team follows the coding Standards and Best Practices defined by Architects
Coordinate with onsite-Offshore
