054623- Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for consulting with our clients to develop and document detailed understandings of client requirements in eCommerce engagements, translating those requirements into functional specifications and technical needs.

Must have skills

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Demandware Business Analyst/Administrator
  • Expert Level Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements
  • Assist with ongoing system Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration including but not limited to: creating products, promotions, source codes, gift cards, coupons, sales tax and merchandising the site, configuration of  Security functionality
  • Maintain database integrity and accuracy via data cleansing, data uploads
  • Assist with release evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiatives
  • Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner and provide internal support when needed
  • Lead end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues
  • Train customer personnel to Manage the Storefront

 

 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
