Roles & Responsibilities:
●Automate processes using Robotic Process Automation Workfusion
●In house software development incorporating best practices.
●Work closely with Stakeholder to analyze and develop suitable enhancements based on requirements.
●Propose, develop, test and implement innovative solutions. 
●Coordinate with/manage 3rd party suppliers/stakeholders.
●Coordinate with global and local support team.
●Flexible to work under different work environments and shifts
●Ensure that personal and team goals are met according to agreed schedule
●Should comply with quality, security and company guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS (Professional Experience, Technical Skills, Foreign Languages)

●Core skills:
○5+ years proven experience in SW development.
○2+ years proven experience in RPA development with tool WorkFusion
○IT Related career (Bachelor Degree).
○Open to work on new technologies is mandatory.
○Should have excellent programming/software development background.
○Experience in .Net, DB is a must, experience with PowerShell will be an asset.
○Excellent, proactive problem solver. 
○Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions.
○Should have excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English and have worked in global/multicultural environment.
○Experience in managing/coordinating with vendor.

Business Transformation Consultant (2) 

 

performs key Subject Matter Expert Role during transformation projects for internal and external clients. 

 

Ensures the delivery of a high quality solutions meeting client’s expectations.

Secures consistency of the recommendations with other streams and alignment of the outcomes to overall project targets.

 

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

 

• Contribute to proposal development (from client request through to final issue and potentially subsequent project delivery)

• Develop and use various analysis, monitor their usage by team members ensuring quality results and overall objectives are not compromised

• Delivery of project responsibilities  to time and quality

• D153Proposing solutions that meet or exceed client needs and expectations

• Present ideas and solutions persuasively to gain buy-in, presents issues and recommendations effectively, using appropriate tools such as presentation slides, flip charts, agendas

Make decisions on process issues

• Contribute to development of transformation assets documentation (like GEM, GPM)

• Support transformational transition as SME / Lead

 

Qualification: 6-8 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) Bachelor’s degree

 

Role Specific Competencies:

• Should be experienced in generic and specific process, generic technology, Analytics, Problem Diagnosis & Solution and Benchmarking & Best Practices Assessment

• Should be proficient in People skills (Task Manager) and Stakeholder Management 

• Should be progressing in People skills (Task Leader) and Sales & Marketing.

 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
