CASB lead 

 

Job Description:
 

• Establish CASB using Microsoft Cloud App Security for this large global Biotechnology company
• Design, architect, and implement a the CASB system across this global company
• Work with the client to establish and defined CASB – related parameters to be configured across the enterprise
• Establish monitoring and incident response processes based on the results of CASB Security events utilizing a global team to enforce company policies
• Ability to perform compliance assessments and to identify Shadow IT per the client’s parameters
• Understand how CASB will be used to strengthen and enforce data Privacy and security
• Partner with other infrastructure Team Members to learn, develop and enhance the skills needed to support the CASB system within this complex environment.
• Lead a global team to perform required tasks and client deliverables
• Have strong verbal and written skills enabling for direct contact with client stakeholders and to provide status of various CASB operational activities.
• Ability to gain confidence of client, team, and other provider teams by meeting operational objectives and improving processes where feasible.
• Collaborate with internal infrastructure Teams to resolve escalated support issues.
• Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud App Security tool in order to lead and execute tool upgrade planning, utilization of available capabilities, and improvements to reduce manual workloads.

Qualifications:
 

• 7-10 years IT experience with a large multi-national organization including management-level experience working with IT and Business stakeholders focusing on Security compliance and operations
• 2+ years Cloud Security experience monitoring
• 2+ years “Microsoft Cloud App Security” experience managing email
• security/endpoint protection technologies in large, multi-domain environments.
• B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related IT work experience in a global information technology environment.
• Knowledge of CASB security-related policies and regulation required in a global biotechnology company
• Certifications in a Cloud ISP or the Microsoft Cloud APP Security is desired
