SAP Logistics Architect

The primary purpose of this job is to develop and maintain the architectural assets in SAP in area of Logistics/Warehouse management with a global mindset.

  • SAP Solution Architect Senior Business Leader with multiple (12+) years of SAP experience that has an End-To-End process view across multiple functional areas

  • Experience implementing S/4HANA initiatives. Has a good understanding of the SAP portfolio of products such as but not limited to IBP, EWM, SuccessFactors, FieldGlass, Concur

  • Command of transition paths to S/4HANA
  • Deep industry experience preferably in multiple industries.
  • Big 4 Experience is preferred
  • Ability to Deliver complex projects. Having project management experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 FLC / experience with Cloud or mobility.
  • S/4HANA Greenfield / Brownfield implementation experience
  • Credentialize Capgemini market reputation and industry “thought leadership” in SAP solutions
  • Proactively look to find, position, and apply new technology/solutions in SAP to take early mover advantage in the market
  • Work with solutions teams to support product development activities
  • Provide client business value by using technology-enabled solutions to address client business objectives
  • Own and QA the solution from pre-sales to application management support
  • Consider: initiative scope, assumptions, timelines, resources, and budgets needed for solution delivery and support
  • Actively participate in the SAP community or practice
  • Groom and develop a group of very senior resources to increase their effectiveness delivering on field and market enablement



Candidates should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape, which includes and is not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment.

Solution Architects have expertise in a specific technology environment.  They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).  These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.


You have a leading role in projects with strong client exposure. You are responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle, and you act as a client-facing lead developer. You drive sales opportunities within your area of responsibility. You know future developments in several applications and technologies, and you are seen as a subject matter expert within your unit and beyond.

  • Qualification: 12+ years’ experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Certification: Preferably S/4HANA certified
  • Must have experience in Architecture Knowledge, Testing, and Vendor Management.
  • Should be proficient in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Technical Solution Design.
  • Have a good command of all SAP solutions in the market and a view of the product roadmap.
