Job Title: RFS Manager 

Location: Austin, TX

Travel:  Minimal

Job Description: 
This role is a management and leadership role with the RFS team and will have a direct client-facing responsibility.

RFS Manager
Provides full support to the Program/Project Managers in their role of Program/Project Delivery in the provision of project schedule, cost and finance information to aid the Program/Project control and monitoring.  Will work within a structured team environment and with responsibilities for functional representation directly with Capgemini Director level leaders, client Director level leaders, and partner SDM/PMO level leaders 
•Support deployment of program management standard tools, process and procedures 
•Lead PMOs and ensure that they are appropriately staffed and trained to support project management needs at the enterprise-level 
•Responsible for driving the methodology that best aligns with the mission and vision of the account/program
•Monitor programs to ensure they remain on track 
•Communicate gaps in program performance and escalate as necessary
•Provide measurements and reporting for all programs 
•Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives 
•Ensure cross-program alignment with program goals 
•Meet contractual obligations for deliverables and SLAs
 

Skills Required

  • Local to Austin- we do not offer relocation
  • Strong Infrastructure (ITSM, governance etc.) Project Management
  • ServiceNow knowledge and expertise
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders, clients, and teams

Skills Desired

  • PMP certification a plus
  • Industry experience with state and local government.
