053238-PSC Practice Lead – SAP

Key Responsibilities:
Monitors Cross-Geo view of ARVE and bench and serves as Practice SPOC on supply, demand, and fulfillment activities
Supports Practice Leadership in building and managing their supply plans, tied to Practice budget / monthly HCE forecasting
•Facilitates fulfillment and recruiting strategy by helping Practice identify fulfillment channels, working across PSPs, RSC program team,  and immigration teams
•Collates supply plan inputs by Geo and rationalizes with practice leadership to ensure accurate planning that aligns to the HCE monthly forecasting process
•Ensure bench management across Geos is consistent (supply planning, aged bench reviews)
•Provides R2D2 Forecast to Practice Operations in support of the HCE monthly forecast process
Supports Practice Leader in resolving cross Geo staffing conflicts PSC Talent Development by providing mentorship and coaching to grow team members’ skills and knowledge
Assures quality of Practice R2D2 supply and demand data

Background and Previous Experience:
Executive experience in a related management role (recruiting and/or resource in supply chain role)
Advanced level Microsoft Business Suite (not limited to processing data, pivot tables, charts and v-lookups)
Experience working in a matrixed environment
Understanding the roles and responsibilities in a technical and IT professional services firm
Must be a SME in Recruiting and/or Supply

 
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
