052922-Senior Applications Consultant – Organizational Change Management (OCM ) – Manager

 

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is responsible for planning and delivering Capgemini’s Accelerated Adoption strategy, direction and support on client Transition to Managed Support Service.  This is a key role in ensuring Transitions meet desired  outcomes through the effective application of structured and deliberate change management approach and methodology. The OCM Lead will supports executives, project leaders and business stakeholders throughout the duration of the engagement by providing sound advice, counsel and execution support.The OCM lead will be accountable and responsible for Sale to Delivery across AMS transition portfolio . PROCI Certified OCM Expert required for this role
• Minimum of 7+ experience related to the delivery of change management programs with strong understanding of OCM methodology and tools
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience 
• Excellent business acumen and ability to understand organizational and cultural issues and challenges 
• Expertise in written and verbal communications
• Expertise in stakeholder management and program governance
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change 
• Executive presence with ability to establish and maintain credibility with senior leaders
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Must be a good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with and through others on project and client teams
• Bachelor’s or associated degree
• Mandatory Prosci Certified 
• Strong MS Office skills – MPP, Excel, PPT, Word, Visio
• Travel required as well as ability to drive results working remotely

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment.  They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).  These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design. Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications. You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing. You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience. You are seen as active member within technology communities.

 

• Qualification: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: SE level 1 and seeking level 2.

• Must have experience in Package Configuration.

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
