Job Title: Data Center Smart Hands and Feet / Cisco Network Support
Location: Little Rock, AR
Hours: This is Monday -Friday first shift, but will be in the on call rotatation (approx once ever three weeks will provide 24/7 support)
Summary- We are looking for a local Little Rock Data Center support employee who can can go into the office. It would be a bonus if this person has Cisco networkign skills or a strong desire to learn. They would support the newtorking team too. This will be hand on in the data center (break fix, smart hands and feet, data center projects and/ or park/disc replacment)
Provide on-site data center support for enterprise infrastructure.
Provide 24×7 on-call, after-hours support in a team rotation.
The Network Engineer will provide remote and hands-on enterprise network and data center support.
Responsibilities include configuration and troubleshooting data networks, equipment installs, failed part replacements, installing fiber optic and copper cabling, and inventory tracking.
Candidate will work in a team to perform planned project work, respond to incidents, and handle requests via the client’s Service Now management platform.
What You Bring:
3+ years hands on IT expeirence
Data center knowlege
Availabe for on call support as rotaion requires
Must be able to lift 30 lbs
Network Engineer with 3+years of networking experience with Cisco enterprise hardware. Experience working with data center equipment.
Experience with Service Now, category 5 UDP cable construction
