Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
Works towards improving the efficiency/velocity of the development team.
Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
Responsible to Conduct retrospective meetings.
Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
Resolves roadblocks and impediments.
Involve in release planning and track the product delivery.
Participate in Scrum of Scrum meetings to resolve inter team dependencies.
Technical Skills & Experience
Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally.
Certifications – PMP or CSM.
Profecient with MS Office Suite (excel, powerpoint, teams etc)
Good experience with Data and Analytics projects.
Good experience delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall mode.
Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.
Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
Knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum, so that he can explain other methodologies to motivate his team.
Should have knowledge about Agile components like: Epics, Features, User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, Tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity.
Experience with owning project delivery.
Very good understanding of the SDLC processes and phases.
Good to Have – Safe Certification & Experience working in Safe Scrum delivery.

Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems. Experienced programmers are also responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing and release.
Required Skills and Experience:
You assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel. Collaborate with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods. Supervise, train, mentor junior level programmers in programming and program coding. Represent team in project meetings. Work with business and functional analysts, and software & solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects. Represent project teams in project/program meetings or in meetings with sponsor.
• Qualifications: 6-8 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
