Project Lead:

Role Overview:

Provides full support to the Programme/Project Managers in the provision of project schedule, cost and finance information to aid the Programme/Project control and monitoring. 

Hold responsibility for some aspects of the project over its entire life from concept design to final implementation.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Works on the Overall Project Schedule and Provide status updates;
• Optimizes the use of shared organizational resources across all projects.
• Manages the methodologies, standards, overall risks/opportunities, metrics, and interdependencies among projects at the enterprise level
• Develops and maintains Reporting standards across Projects;
• Creates reports to track the progress of all the projects;
• Monitors and reviews Budget Report;
• Maintains and manages Project Schedule and Milestone tracking;
• Develops communication plan for the Project;
• Manages communication across the project team, i.e. change in Schedule or any other Key Project Updates;
• Sets goals and targets;
• Collaborates closely with the Project team;
• Full accurate and on time execution of standard Project Management processes.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 -5 Years of experience in a Projectized environment;
• Project management certification / training would be an advantage;
• Strong Leadership skills; planning and organizational skills;
• Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office;
• Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral);
• Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Motivated, reliable self-starter;
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Business Transformation Consultant (1) performs Subject Matter Expert Role during transformation projects for internal and external clients. 

 

Ensures the delivery of a high quality solutions meeting client’s expectations.

 

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

 

• Actively participates in recommendations / deliverables development, using various analysis

• Proposing solutions that meet or exceed client needs and expectations 

• Facilitate workshops / working sessions

• Deliver presentations

• Document deliverables as per agreed standards

• Support development of transformation assets documentation (like GEM, GPM); contribute to assets development in his / her area of expertise

• Support transformational transition as SME / Lead

 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

 

Role Specific Competencies:

• Should be experienced in generic and specific process, generic technology, Analytics, Problem Diagnosis & Solution

• Should be proficient in Benchmarking & Best Practices Assessment

• Should be progressing in Stakeholder Management and People skills (Task Leader)

• Should have baseline knowledge in People skills (Task Leader) and Sales & Marketing.
