Job Title: Finance Analyst 

Location: Atlanta, GA 

Travel: 25% 

Job Description:  
IT Finance Analyst supports the Finance Manager in the IT Financial Management process which encompasses IT Finance, Chargeback, and Dispute management.  This person ensures accurate invoices are delivered to the Client from their Suppliers as well as from the Client to their Customers. 
Work includes but is not limited to: 
• Works independently implementing deliverables, conducting research and performing analysis related to finance and chargeback service delivery, service quality and improvements, and financial control and support.  
• Ensures accurate and timely delivery of invoices and management of disputes;  
• Understanding of contracts, ensuring compliance, SLAs, and achieving high level of customer satisfaction; 
• Contributes to the regular management reports for client and attends review meetings;  
• Constructs trend analysis, root cause analysis and other requested reports 

What You Bring:  
Required: 

2+ years of IT Financial Management Experience; 1+ years in budget and forecasting experience; 2+ years of Advanced Excel experience for data analysis; 2+ years in identifying Root Cause analysis and building mitigation plans; Strong verbal and writing skills in order to effectively communicate information to clients and internal team members; Awareness of a number of IT Financial Management Tools such as IT Business Management and IT Finance Management; Time management skills to meet agreed targets; Experience of designing, developing and/or implementing processes; Strong analytical skills are needed to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details; Facilitation skills to lead requirements gathering workshops and provide training to clients and internal team members; Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders; such as clients and internal team members; Bachelor’s degree; Experience in the delivery of customer services to expected SLAs; Experience in contractual requirements and identify areas for improvement.
