Job Description:
Product Owner – A Product Owner working with multiple Teams and their Stakeholders to define and refine the Product Backlog, act as Primary Liaison, accept Product Development and to lead by example Client based Product Owners, under the direction of a Client Chief Product Owner / Feature Owner.
– Meet with clients to analyze their individual needs, determine priorities, provide estimates and determine scope.
– Manage scope, schedule and quality.
– Lead requirements gathering sessions; investigate, document and analyze key client organizational processes.
– Identify needs and develop customized solutions.
– Maintain an effective client follow-up system to ensure clients are contacted in regards to project progress and overall satisfaction.
– Perform and organize ongoing support for customers such as report building, data quality, new integrations, etc.
– Contribute to the development of a strategic customer roadmap.

What You Bring:  
•Should have 7 Years of experience 
•Strong Business Analyst in Financial Services Domain Capital Markets or Wealth Management or Investment Banking 
•Must have Tech Development Background 
•Should be able to have discussion with Dev team on technical matters 
•Good data analysis SQL Skills 
•Good communication skills and stakeholder management

•Work closely with business and IT teams to understand current state and document end to end process and system flows 
•Partner with architecture team to build out target state for systems. 
•Work with IT and product vendors to come up requirements and high level design 
•Develops and prepares project plans including scheduling, costs, resources, and other operational concerns. 
•Analyzes business systems specifications. 
•Defines and documents product requirements, project deliverables, and product acceptance criteria. 
•Interfaces with clients in identifying needs. 
•Develops feasibility studies and business proposals for hardware/software solutions. 
•Plans business and related technical training for new technologies and processes. 
•Advises and directs staff on resolving production and testing problems. 
•Manages and administers projects and service requests
