-This is a leadership role to establish and grow Service Now CoE for App Engine and Custom development.

-With 15+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of Service Now experience.
-Global deliver experience. Leading development and Maintenance teams.
-Exposure to ServiceNow platform key modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM etc
-Exposure and thorough understanding of Service Now App Engine is a definite plus
-Experience with delivering custom development solutions
-CoE setup experience preferred
-Apt in Strategy formation and execution
-Experience in providing executive support and governance to project teams.
-Demonstrated thorough understanding of ITIL practices for Service Asset and Configuration Management
-Experience in implementing Service Now Modules from scratch for large organisations.
-Understanding of Service Now licensing
-ServiceNow Experience should include leading teams performing Analysis, Design, Development, scripting, platform configuration, and deployment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong Presales and Customer Presentation skills
-Should have experience in creating end to end proposals
-Experience in presenting large implementation solutions to senior leadership
-Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
-Exposure to working with alliance partners
-Telco and Manufacturing domain knowledge would be a plus
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

• You lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence.
• You are seen as a role model in your community.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Qualification: 12+ years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2.
• Should be experienced in foundation, People Leadership, service & delivery.
• Should be proficient in client acquisition & development and business leadership.
• Should be masters in Technology Awareness & Leveraging and Innovation & Capability Growth.
