Conducts internal and external research and makes recommendations for the design and administration of benefits structures for executives, non-union and unionized employees.
Provides advice, guidance and training to leaders, people managers and HR Business Partners in the interpretation and administration of the organization's Benefits programs and processes with a focus on service and designing programs that meet the business needs.
Conduct & drives efficiency the design workshops
Prepare the with the client the Benefits data gathering workbooks and follow-up Benefits data conversion with data migration team.
Configure Benefits throughout project prototypes
Drives efficiency and effectiveness through continuous process improvement, automation and streamlining.
Manages third party market research, including the cost-effective collection, modeling and analysis of compensation data, providing meaningful insights and action plans.
Works closely with the integration & payroll.
Under the supervision of the Senior Director, works with and provides direction to third-party administrators or service providers (benefits, retirement savings and other Total Rewards plan providers).
An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from recognized educational institution or equivalent experience.
3-6 years’ experience in Workday Benefits implementation
Certified Workday HCM
Certified Workday Benefits
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Working knowledge of other MS Office Suite products.
Strong knowledge of HRIS, and specially in Workday.
Expert analytical skills with a strong detail orientation.
Ability to present information clearly and effectively both verbally, and in writing;
Customer-focused attitude, with the ability to understand, anticipate and identify customer needs.
Solid organization, planning, time management and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to collect and use information to thoroughly think through problems and situations; putting information from various sources together and generate creative solutions.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design. Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications. You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing. You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience. You are seen as active member within technology communities.
• Qualification: 6-8 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: SE level 1 and seeking level 2.
• Must have experience in Package Configuration.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
