The Cloud Infrastructure Services Global Business Line is Capgemini's consulting and infrastructure build-and-run provisioning offering, and supports the group's cloud-based services. Operational Lead

 

 

Interface role between Service Delivery Manager and the Delivery Towers (which provide the different services to the client).  Deliver and present the SLAs to the client monthly, Co-ordinate the end to end delivery activities of the involved (Sub-) Service Lines to produce deliverables to meet client contractual requirements/obligations,   Manage team of resources for Hydro One-specific delivery as well as 3rd party resources through governance of 3rd party vendors,  Interface with Hydro One staff from end users to the CIO and partners with demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and the tact to ensure customer satisfaction while managing Capgemini’s costs.  Set and manage client expectations

 

 

Excellent interpersonal and (assertive) communication skills (both Verbal and Written); Strong negotiating skills used to set and manage client expectations as well as influence 3rd party vendors to achieve desired results; Must be able to manage own/team’s workload and adhere required client procedures.

 

Experience in a wide variety of information technology fields to fully understand the details of the services that can be provided   Be able to assume overall control of and resolve complex customer or operational issues Detailed understanding of the various service level agreements and the performance measures required to manage the agreements and the relationship with the clients.

 

Experience within Utilities / Energy and IT outsource Consulting highly desirable
