Roles & Responsibilities:
• Program Management:
Support all 2021 Tech MU Programs/Initiatives
Assist in consolidating Tech MU Program/initiatives status information, issues and concerns from key stakeholders.
Assist in consolidation and analysis of the data collected from program status information and communicating status to the Tech/TMT Leadership executives.
Keeping an up-to-date repository of current Projects & Initiatives.
Assist with the preparation and delivery of Executive Presentations.
Organize, plan and support the Tech Unit 2021 Events: logistics, agenda, presentations, etc.
Organize, plan and support 2021 Account Planning sessions
Maintain documentation in MS Teams.
Work closely with the Tech Unit Marketing Lead and Support marketing related activities:
o Industry Events
o Client Events
o AIE Events
2021 Tech Unit Marketing Events Support
Assist in creation of Marketing Collateral for Tech Unit
• Assist with other ad hoc requests as requested.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
