Plasma R&D Engineer
Location : FL
L2/L3 Support: incident resolution, release management, minor enhancement on list of applications.
From IT Departments (Lab & R&D IT support) from Pharma or/and Biotech industries.
Experience in IT Support for Donor Management System (DMS)
1. Should have ITIL knowledge (Incident/Change/Knowledge/Problem Management)
2. Knowledge of Pharma/Life science domain
3. Knowledge of Service Now tool – It will be added advantage
- NodeJS, React, MongoDB, AWS Container, AWS, ExpressJS
- PL/SQL, Perl, ORACLE,
