The Role 

This Recruiting Manager role will lead all recruiting activities associated with Capgemini’s New York/New Jersey region of the US. 

 

 

As an adjunct to your recruiting management responsibilities, this role will partner with the Principal of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition COE Director to develop national Diversity and Inclusion programs based on market research and best practices. 

 

 

 

This role will also be responsible for the execution and measurement of diversity and inclusion programs in the NY/NJ market.

 

 

Role Expectations and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience managing teams of 3-7 recruiters
  • Demonstrated experience managing to and measuring recruiter KPIs
  • Demonstrated experience managing business stakeholders through the use of data and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience researching best practices in Diversity and Inclusion
  • Demonstrated experience developing innovative Diversity and Inclusion programs either independently or in conjunction with others
  • Demonstrated experience partnering to roll out Diversity and Inclusion programs, events and initiatives with tangible, measurable results
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and measuring Diversity and Inclusion KPIs for experienced hire recruiting
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects with a formal project management tool
  • Experience with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking System
  • Demonstrated experience with advanced Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • 3+ years total recruiting management experience
  • 2+ years of diversity and inclusion experience
  • Reside in New York or New Jersey
  • Bachelors Degree
