Senior EVM Analyst

Job Description:

  • Develop scripts
    to deploy utilizing AWS, Azure native patching tools and Opsware for on-prem
    servers. Work to implement patching capabilities in AWS and Azure cloud
  • Investigate
    middleware/application software vulnerability and actions needed to remediate
    including meeting with software vendors if necessary.
  • Communicate with
    application teams on patching execution and meet with them as necessary, step
    them through remediation processes if necessary.
  • Create tickets,
    if necessary, for Cloud Operations and Corp organizations to remediate
    vulnerabilities. Monitor completion of tickets and all compliance tasks
  • Document
    remediation instructions and work with customer security leaders to plan
  • Identify opportunities for improvement with automation


  • Experience patching systems, working with installing/removing
    application software.
  • Experience in system/OS administration – Windows and Linux
  • Strong experience with cloud technologies – Azure and AWS
  • Strong background in vulnerability remediation
  • Knowledge of some or all of the following tools (Strong in at
    least one): Opsware, System Automation, Chef, Java, JavaScript, Phyton, bash
    scripting, AWS architectures, Docker
  • Knowledge of some or all of the following security principals:
    OIDC, OAuth, OWASP top ten, OS hardening, OT network hardening, manufacturing
  • Strong oral and
    written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability and
    comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and
    technology stakeholders.
