Role – Call Center Rep/ Customer Support Rep

Location:: El Paso, TX

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 1-2 years’ Experience in international BPO, specifically in a Voice and Email Handling process
  • Customer Support
  • Field Service management
  • Willing to work in 24/7 environment

Primary Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and Listening skills
  • Experience and good knowledge of working with a team onshore and offshore.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Good Customer Service skills
  • Basic analytical skills     

Secondary Skills

  • Prefer  Associate Degree
