The North America Office of General Counsel of Capgemini has an immediate opening for a junior to mid-level in-house attorney.  The attorney will be focused primarily on commercial transactions. The attorney would be expected to work directly with the business team and to provide counseling on an as needed basis.  Work location is flexible.  Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • Three – five years in a leading law firm or in-house legal staff
  • Strong academic credentials
  • The experience and ability to draft, negotiate and manage deals independently
  • Excellent legal and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication and organizational skills
