SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Sales and/or Service Cloud Application Business Analyst Lead / BA
The role of the Application Business Analyst Lead is to help our clients define their business needs and translate them into technical solutions in the area of SAP Sales and Service Cloud. The lead will analyze and provide guidance for an enterprise’s current state; design and visualize the future state; and guide the client, and the Business Analyst team, through the project scope definition process to move the system from current to future state.
Application Business Analyst Leads is the primary point of contact to the client, the project leadership and the project team.They define and control scope, lead the BA team and ensure high quality and on-time deliverables. They work across the project team collaboratively on the project scope, schedule and delivery. Hands on design and configuration will be needed. Travel is required.
Required Skills and Experience:
•Proficient in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Sales and/or Service Cloud, Business knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design, and Business Process Design/Re-Design.•Sound knowledge of in SAP Sales/Service Cloud functionality, configuration options, as well as a strong understanding and ability to walk clients through Sales and Service Business processes, including Lead-to-Cash, Service Ticket and Field Service Management.•Ability to map the requirements of the business to the capabilities of the system.•Should have baseline in Testing•Minimum 7 years of related experience•Skills leading disparate and dispersed teams through challenging situations.•Skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Package Configuration and Change Management.•Skills in Functional Architecture Design and Architecture Knowledge.
Preferred Experience:•Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud products; Commissions (Callidus)/CPQ functionality, configuration options, as well as a strong understanding and ability to walk clients through business processes.•Able to successfully lead a team in disparate locations •Core consulting skills for a client facing role including communications, professionalism, meeting facilitation, and MS Office tools.•Ability to apply consulting skills to solve client business problems•Gather business requirements from business users and helping them flesh out those requirements to a detailed level that all can easily understand.•Document business requirements in a way that effectively conveys the required functionality to the customer and to the technical staff.•Work with technical staff to communicate business requirements and confirm they interpret those requirements correctly into technical specifications.•Track progress on delivery of features to the customer and addressing any business issues that arise during the development or testing process.•Demonstrates the use of consulting skills including: questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and influencing•Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and delivery•Strong written and oral communications skills Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems. Experienced programmers are also responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing and release.
Required Skills and Experience:
You assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel. Collaborate with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods. Supervise, train, mentor junior level programmers in programming and program coding. Represent team in project meetings. Work with business and functional analysts, and software & solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects. Represent project teams in project/program meetings or in meetings with sponsor.
• Qualifications: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
