As an OMS Functional Business Analyst, the candidate will be part of the growing Commerce practice gathering needs from business organizations (via interviews, observations, surveys, etc.) to translate into documented business and functional requirements
Translates business requirements into use cases and functional test cases
Work is in smaller scale, contained projects
Enable the transformation and performance improvement of an enterprise or its parts, with respect to people, process and technology, by providing relevant capabilities, assets (human and non-human), processes and tools.

- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce OMS
- 3+ years of business analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce OMS
Experience in process methodology (Agile/ Scrum) and collaborative tools such as JIRA, Rally, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
