Services Global Business Line is Capgemini’s consulting and infrastructure
build-and-run provisioning offering, and supports the group’s cloud-based

support the hybrid cloud estate by encompassing the leading public cloud

NOC lead


As part of a highly
motivated and successful team, you will be entrusted to deliver managed security
services to some of the most recognized brands in the world, managing their
network environment 24x7x365, so they can rest easy as they attend to their
other mission critical business needs.




  • Experience leading a mission critical security
    operations team, preferably in a 24x7x365 environment.
  • A proven track record of meeting client Service
    Level Agreements.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal
  • Demonstrated experience with event detection,
    triage, analysis, and response.
  • Experience
    with industry recognized firewall technologies and their supporting
    • Firewalls: (Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco,
    • Network Management Platforms:
      (SPACE, Panorama, ASDM, FortiManager)
  • Experience
    with SIEM technologies (RSA Netwitness).
  • Ability to document and explain technical details
    clearly and concisely with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A willingness to be challenged and a strong
    desire to learn.
  • A bachelors degree or equivalent experience.



  • Analyst onboarding, monitoring and mentoring.
    • Daily
      ticket review to validate that existing processes are being adhered to and
      client SLA�s are consistently being met.
  • Work as part of a team tasked with onboarding
    new customers and their devices.
  • Monthly Reporting.
  • Vendor Specific Vulnerability Assessments.
  • Internal and client facing meetings on process
    and Root Cause Analysis.
    • Including,
      but not limited to, providing alerts and timeline of events encompassing the
  • Process Documentation.
  • On-Call Rotation.
  • Change and Incident Management.
  • Peer Review Duties for Change implementations.
  • Other duties as defined by management.

Location: USA (CONUS area) remote work options
and open to candidates willing to relocate

Travel: up to 25% when required
