 Role Description :
�As a Training Lead manage a team of trainers across multiple projects�Manage vendors � for sourcing training professionals based on training needs on a project.�Define budgets for Training Team and manage trainer allocations to ensure maximum utilization �Work closely with solution design teams to provide inputs on the training approach, schedule and resourcing plans.�Work closely with transition teams to identify training needs, prepare training plans, define curriculums, training approach to enable structured onboarding of teams to the project.�Review training plans periodically to identify gaps, improvement areas and recommend solutions�Build analytics based on data from quality audits, performance reviews, service requests/tickets�Manage stakeholder communication across teams internal and external.
Specialized/Practical Knowledge
Experience: Minimum of 10 to 12 years of exp in L&D space, should have exposure in building and delivering trainings/ Programs � for soft skills as well as process trainings
�Experience in facilitating Virtual/ILT trainings�Excellent communication and presentation skills experience facilitating and presenting in front of larger audience�Experience in implementation of learning theories and creating robust and complete learning programs using a blended learning approach�Well versed with Adult learning principles and demonstrated ability in its application while managing training programs�Adept to address all learning styles�Experience working with Learning Management Systems, Knowledge Management Systems�Experience managing a team of trainers�Should have experience working with cross functional teams � transition, change management, delivery
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
