Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Qualifications:•Hyperion Certified Professional for Essbase and/or Planning•Advanced analytical, diagnostic and technical skills•Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts•Understanding of Finance business processes, including forecasting and budgeting cycles and actual corporate reporting requirements•Knowledge and ability to comprehend analytical models and their concepts from across a clients entire organization•Experience with the MaxL scripting language•Project Management experience•Excellent verbal and written communication skills•At least one successful implementation of PBCS•3-5 Years of Oracle Hyperion Planning & Essbase implementation
Required Skills:•Full end-to-end experience with implementations of Hyperion Planning, from scoping and requirements, to design and build and on to testing and training•Experience up to version 188.8.131.52 is expected.•Maintaining shared services, metadata, security, artifacts and objects (task lists, rules, data forms etc.)•Creation and optimization of Calculation Scripts/Rules based on the business requirements.•Ability to design and create data forms, Planning Dashboards and financial reports using Smart View and HFR respectively•Design and creation of backup and recovery operations of the Planning application•Design and creation of automation batch Scripting•Excellent understanding of accounting fundamentals. P&L, BS, CF•Good understanding of typical data sources such as ERP solutions•Performance tuning•Facilitate process change with clients and be confident with advising senior management•Developing design documentation which is well structured•Developing and Configuring Hyperion Planning including writing complex business rules•Experience with data migration (FDMEE experience is desirable)
