Capgemini is looking for a project manager with experience in managing Salesforce projects. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in Salesforce project management.
� Manage Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach� Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements� Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of the project� Develop, review and approve project plan(s) and scope; ensure all facets of the project deliverables are met� Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities� Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope� Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client� Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards� Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures� Identify and manage project risk� Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately� Review the status reports of team members and address issues as appropriate� Demonstrate analytical and qualitative abilities
� Minimum 8 years� experience in IT industry dealing with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)� Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background� Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 2 – 5 Salesforce implementations for a workstream� Participation in each phase of at least 5 full Salesforce lifecycle implementations� Salesforce certifications� Proven ability to learn new products, develop functional knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment� Experience working within an established PMO process� Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors� Experience managing 3rd party support vendors /General Projects/Practice Related Competencies Project /Practice Management� Agile methodology� Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies � Pre-sales experience including presentation skills and ability to demo solutions� Strong teamwork ethic is essential
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills � Significant consulting/client facing experience including Director Level and above
