DescriptionAs an Applications Performance Engineer, you will be part of a motivated engineering team, working with one of the leaders in the Application services space. 
Candidates will be working with a team of engineers and architects and will be responsible for creating & maintaining scalable Performance engineering tools and frameworks; prototyping, designing, developing dashboards in Appdynamics and Splunk and driving business critical application delivery. 
This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a team building Capgeminis next generation value offerings of our customers worldwide, leveraging open source technologies, and work on challenging and business-impacting projects.QualificationsA minimum of 5 years experience with performance testing and bench-marking in a QA and/or application development environment. Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Performance Center v12+ administratorExperience & know-how on dashboards & custom reports creation in Appdynamics and/or SplunkExperience with developing performance frameworks for web-based applications (SaaS experience preferred). Strong experience with performance testing tools (JMeter experience desired)Java Performance profiling experienceStrong Application and Database debugging experienceMust be a critical thinker with excellent verbal and written skillsAdditional CompetenciesJava programming a huge plusPerformance testing in microservices distributed environmentStrong knowledge of Unix/Linux internals

Test Consultants are concerned with the independent verification and validation of the products produced by the development process. Testing is carried out in each phase: the requirements are tested by an acceptance test, the system design (analysis and design) by a system and integration test, and the programs by a program and module test.

Required Skills and Experience:

You design and develop more complex tests and non-functional tests. You perform many of the roles required of a software testing project, through which you acquire a full testing lifecycle experience. Typically you perform these roles as a senior member in a wider team. You act as a stream leader with technical delivery ownership within a limited number of technology areas. You contribute to bid or client proposals based on your technological expertise. You have delivery ownership and guide individuals and groups towards desired outcomes. You also actively participate in at least one community.

� Qualification: 3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) of experience, Bachelor�s Degree.

� Certification: Should have SE level 1 and seeking level 2.

� Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Quality Management.
