Roles & Responsibilities:
� Pega Lead Decisioning Architect will collaborate with marketing and technology application teams to understand the business requirement, the business processes, and convert the business processes to Pega system flows� Responsible for design of the core decisioning logic for real time marketing decisioning platform based on business requirements� Assess decisioning platform capabilities, and create a roadmap for expansion to enable seamless Omni-channel experience and personalized in-context customer interactions� Lead and own the implementation of decisioning enhancement roadmap applying appropriate industry standards� Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development� Communicate technical concepts, problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
� Expert level experience in design and implementation of the Pega Customer Decisioning Hub � Including Customer Marketing, Contact Strategy, Segmentation, Adaptive Modelling, Campaign Management – Inbound and Outbound � With additional background in distributed systems, large scale non-relational data stores, Big Data platforms, data modeling, database performance, and multi-terabyte data warehouses.� Experience with Pega PRPC concepts and rule types like strategies, offer flows, activities, when rules, functions, data transforms, decision logic, dataflows, datasets, reporting, agents and ruleset management.� Ability to assess decisioning platform capabilities and create decisioning roadmaps� Experience in omni-channel implementation and personalized in-context customer interactions is a plus� Experience leading teams of Pega Decisioning, System, and Business Architects� Ability to mentoring junior Decisioning Architects on on-going basis is a must.� Experience with interpreting, best practices, reporting, etc. on predictor/model performance of adaptive models� Experience with Champion/Challenger testing strategies� Experience designing, building, de-bugging, etc. decisioning strategies

� Knowledge on using external predictive models in Pega Marketing� Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant� Experience with recommending offers for retention group
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

� 6+ (2 years min relevant experience in the role) years experience, Bachelor�s Degree.
� Certification: SE level 1 and seeking level 2.
� Must have experience in Package Configuration.
� Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
