Services Global Business Line is Capgemini’s consulting and infrastructure
build-and-run provisioning offering, and supports the group’s cloud-based

Sr. SailPoint Engineer/Developer


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Primarily
    responsible for developing solutions in Sailpoint IIQ
  • Develop
    conceptual and technical design based on business requirements.
  • Work closely
    with Technical Lead/Architect to review design documents and technical
  • Code &
    unit test from technical specifications in Sailpoint IIQ and other
    appropriate tools. 
  • Document
    Unit Test Cases and results. 
  • Perform and
    document integration, system and performance tests as deemed
  • Perform
    proof of concept to demonstrate Sailpoint IIQ features and onboard new
    applications into IdM



  • 5+ years�
    experience with SailPoint IAM, technology design, implementation, and
  • Knowledge
    and hands-on experience with the following SailPoint IdentityIQ
    components: Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager and certifications,
    Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning and
  • Develop and
    implement connectors, workflows, forms, rules, policies, report, etc. in
  • Coding and
    scripting of custom requirements in workflows and forms.
  • Design and
    implement user access reviews
  • Experience
    implementing Persona/Role Based Access Control (RBAC) in Sailpoint.
